I met a good old friend from Germany before a couple of days in Bangkok.We spend together with hes wife a nice evening.Good dinner and we also talked a lot about our past.Is always funny to remember the good old stories :}
Terrible was to see me on hes camera,i gained to much weight :{
so I'm back in the gym again he he.
